24/7 Net provides private user group voice calls, walkie talkie style PTT calls, text message exchange, optional video chat, and geolocation reporting, in the one integrated solution.
24/7 Net installed devices communicate over IP, using cellular data and/or wifi. This enables truly borderless communications, users may speak or text with other group members across town, across the country, or across the world.

Voice Calls
24/7 Net supports two types of voice calls:

Emergency calls are video or voice push to talk calls to an established emergency group within any 24/7 Net client system. An emergency call is the highest priority call, this call overrides all other types of calls including ongoing duplex voice and video calls.
Geolocation
24/7 Net provides geolocation ability to source the location of system users. There are two location request methods:
24/7 Net supports Google Map and OpenStreetMap for location display.
Text Chat
Text Chat is the classic functionality of exchanging written messages. 24/7 Net text chat is available for both private conversations between individual users and for communications between members of a group.
Group Operations Capability
24/7 Net provides for the organisation of users into operational communication groups:
Voice and Video Recording
Voice and video calls may be recorded on the client server if required. Voice conversations are recorded as mp3 files. Video calls are recorded as mkv files.
Management for Multiple Communication Networks
24/7 Net servers are able to manage multiple communication networks simultaneously. Each network represents an independent communication environment with its own set of metadata (users, groups, etc). Support of multiple networks is very useful for organisations providing communication services to multiple departments from a single system server.
Voice Calls
24/7 Net supports two types of voice calls:
- Push to Talk - voice calls operate like a 2-way radio, press on the button to start talking immediately without confirmation from the receiving party. Available for individual and group communication.
- Ordinary Voice Calls - phone or skype style of voice communication. Available only for communication between individual subscribers.

- Push to Talk Video Call - communication powered by video, transmitted together with voice. Available for individual and group communication.
- Video Chat - skype style of video communication. Available only for communication between individual subscribers.

Geolocation
24/7 Net provides geolocation ability to source the location of system users. There are two location request methods:
- single request - one time request for a users location. As soon as the location is delivered to the request initiator it is automatically displayed on the recipients device.
- set time request - periodic location updates according to the time interval set.
